Booking Policy :

  • Additional Non-refundable online booking fee of 5% will be added to the bill.
  • 100% of payment (determined by minimum number of attendees) should be made in advance to confirm booking.
  • Checkin/Checkout date can be changed(not cancelled) without any penalty, 72 hours before the expected date of checkin by contacting the hotel through phone or email

    • Cancellation Policy :

  • 50% cash refund, if cancelled before 72 hours of the expected date of checkin
  • No cash refund, if cancelled within 72 hours of the expected date of checkin
